## What it is

MyQuran.ru (My Quran) is a Progressive Web App. Languages of the chrome UI: Russian, English, Arabic. Quran text is always Arabic. Default translation: Elmir Kuliev (ru.kuliev). Founder: Meroj Kukanov (https://meroj.ru).

## Main modes (home)

1. **Read** — ayah cards or Madani Mushaf 1405 (604 pages). Play ayah-by-ayah (EveryAyah). Bismillah audio first on surahs other than 1 and 9.
2. **Check (ИИ / AQL AI)** — recitation checker embedded in the reader/mushaf. No autoplay; user recites.
3. **Listen** — 270+ reciters, full surah as one MP3 (MP3Quran), riwaya/country filters, playlists, favorites.

## AQL AI (own model, not a generic chatbot)

- **Recognize ayah** — user recites; Whisper-based Quran ASR + matcher returns the ayah.
- **Ask the Quran** — question in ru/en/ar; retrieval of relevant ayahs (not generated tafsir).
- **Check recitation** — live word coloring: correct / mistake / miss.
- **Hifz** — unread words hidden until recited from memory.
- **Muallim** — reciter plays (including bismillah); hint “Listen carefully”; then student’s turn; auto-advance.
- **Embedded AQL** — lives in the mushaf/ayah view dock, not only a separate modal.

## Video studio

pages/video.php: pick surah and ayah range, reciter, translation; backgrounds (color/photo/video); tajweed; karaoke; intro/end cards; watermark; export WebM (Stories/Reels/YouTube formats).

## Other

Bookmarks, last-read history, favorite surahs, repeat/memorize range, word morphology (root, lemma, concordance), tajweed colors, tafsirs (as-Saadi, Ibn Kathir, al-Mukhtasar), thematic pages (sujud ayahs, prayer, Rabbana duas, 99 names, prophets, Ramadan, etc.).

Popular reciters include Mishary Rashid Alafasy, Yasser Ad-Dussary, Abdul Basit Abdus-Samad, Mahmoud Khalil Al-Husary, Abdurrahman As-Sudais, Mohamed Siddiq El-Minshawi, Maher Al Muaiqly, Abu Bakr Ash-Shatri.
